Bad Batch Fanfic Masterlist
AO3: theknightowl
One-Shots:
Echo comes down with a high fever he can’t seem to shake – not helped by the sudden resurgence of his nightmares. He ends up finding relief from the Batcher he least expects.
Crosshair is injured on a mission. Echo refuses to leave him and does everything he can to get him to safety, even if it means putting himself in danger.
Echo already has issues with MedBay, then an incident with a medical droid leaves him sick and riddled with anxiety. Good thing there’s a grumpy sniper around to watch his back.
Echo has a hard time showing any sign of weakness around the Batch – he doesn’t want to be seen as any less than the capable ARC trooper. After a mission goes wrong and Echo is in obvious distress, a certain squad member finally sets him straight.
Echo’s still finding his place in his new squad; the littlest things making him realize just how different he is from this new batch of brothers. When he notices something wrong with their squad leader, Echo takes it upon himself to try to fix it best he can.
Metal bones and freezing temperatures don’t mix, as Echo is finding out. He hates being cold, almost as much as he hates admitting to having a weakness. But it turns out Echo’s not the only one with an aversion to snow.
Multi-Chapter:
Ever since their mission to Coruscant, Echo’s been dealing with nightmares. Nothing seems to help and now he’s avoiding sleep. When it becomes too much to deal with, Echo takes drastic measures to make sure he stays awake. He quickly discovers he can’t run from his problems forever.
Echo’s been feeling lost lately; his best just doesn’t seem to be good enough. When a dangerous mission for the Batch goes awry, Echo wrestles with the possibility that he’s not the right soldier to fit in with this elite squad. He’ll need to overcome wounds both old and new if he truly wants to feel like a member of the team.
Echo’s always had a massive army of brothers to depend on. After everything that’s happened, he still considers all GAR clones to be his brothers. It never occurred to him that they might not feel the same way.
Echo hasn’t yet confided in the Batch about Fives. As much as he’d like it to, he knows the truth can’t stay buried forever. His new squad is going to find out eventually – he just doesn’t have a plan for when that happens.
One chapter per character and how they found out about Echo’s batchmate.
***NEW***Blind Fear (In progress)
Echo’s insides lurched. All the air left his lungs. His eyes went wide as he stared at the horribly familiar stasis chamber in front of him.
This wasn’t just any Separatist research facility. This was Techno Union.
Kriff. Maybe he couldn’t handle this.
