A Singer I Don't Listen To Made Me Cry Today.

Artist sculpts his skeleton. He pumps its cheeks full of gel till it spills out the mouth. He paints its cheeks to look alive.

Muse, he calls it. Her. He puts her in a bra though all breast tissue has been stripped away and makes her a her, a woman. In time there’ll be a million skeleton hers: some shorter, all smaller.

Muse grows flesh, but no muscle to tear away at her clothes and wrap herself in thick fat. She has stripped it from the edges of bacon, left uneaten.

She sings with no lungs to draw air from.

HELP IS AVAILABLE AND YOU DESERVE IT

Dig in the winter earth

Dig in the winter earth

among sleeping worms

and dreams of grass

lain low in the soil

deep, deep

below the snow

and the promise of the sky

thick with clouded memory,

all gray stasis and infertility,

reflecting the world

deep, deep

below the snow

as it stands in itself,

frozen with the worry

that the spring to come

will bring no flowers.

I’m giving away my MacBook 2022 for free. It’s in excellent condition and comes with the charger. I recently got a MacBook Pro and don’t need two laptops. I’d love to give it to someone who truly needs one but can’t afford it. If this could help you, send me a message.
