The more I think about hoffman’s epic fumble of rigg the more embarrassing it gets. Not only was this guy doing police brutality against scumbags BEFORE all this, he was so compelled to take justice into his own hands that he willingly and actively traversed a city-wide violence against women themed saw trap containing actual criminal perpetrators without calling for backup once, “feel as I feel” bro he WAS!! Only to fail him at the final test for going through doors too quickly⁉️

I like to imagine that, while Hoffman and Amanda generally didn’t like each other’s presence, they would sometimes get along. When everything went well and there wasn’t much to stress about, maybe, just maybe, they would compliment each other’s work or have some playful back and forths. Maybe Amanda would give him some comfort when he was tearing up about his sister, or maybe Mark would be open to listen to her when John wasn’t around.

I would have LOVED to see more of a sibling dynamic form between the two ESPECIALLY given what happened to Hoffman’s sister but noooooo it’s the Saw movies and nobody can have any comfort ever 💔
