Hello, hope you're well. I know you may not be taking BVD questions because it hasn't been written yet and is a bit of a ways off but I was wondering if you could answer a general question. Since the setting timeline wise has fluctuated from the original conception (from between TDA and TWP to during LKF to now between LPH and LS) I was wondering if the main plot of the story has changed drastically? Or is it still the same plan but where it fits in time is different?
Hmm. The main plot was always about Magnus and Alec and the Black Volume, and the Black Volume is not a nice book, or something you would necessarily want because you wanted to do good with it, but rather to prevent someone else from doing evil with it. The story was always kicked off with a gruesome death*, and meant to fill in a significant piece of business for TWP, and all that stuff is still happening. I do not think the time move has shifted it plotwise in any way that matters, it more puts them into the middle of a plot rather than before or after it.
