Figured I would ask before paying; but you guys are based in Canada right? I got an ask for invoice to pay some fees for shipping over the border into the USA, did that not count in the $13 shipping total? Just a question before I pay since this is the first time I’ve been asked (bc I normally pay for USA shipping only items) and I don’t want to be scammed.
Hi there! Thanks for checking in. The invoice you received is not a scam. Since our finance mod is based in Canada, US customers' orders will be subjected to an additional tariff payment. This invoice we just sent out is for DDP, or delivered duties paid, which just means that the money requested will be used by us to pay the tariff upfront before shipping instead of when it arrives to you in the US.

Hello! We likely will have pins for individual sale :) No guarantees just yet because we need to get an inventory count after fulfilling preorders and contributor bundles, but we should have at least a few extras! Thanks for your interest!

It's time for a production update long overdue! Firstly, we are so sorry for the quiet on our socials. Our mod team members (especially me, head/socials mod Izzy) have been swamped with various duties and unexpected irl events, and time flew quicker than realized. Please forgive us and allow us to make it up to you with some exciting merch photos! 🙏
After some necessary tweaks, all of our merch items made it into production! Attached are photos of our charms (including our shaker charm), stretch goal standee, and sg pin.
Our paper merch items are currently in transit to our shipping mod's house. We will post photos as soon as they arrive!
