Jason: Shut it Dickface. Anyways, I've been thinking about all the Robins and, like, the reasoning behind why we did what we did.
Dick: ....I didn't know you were capable of thinking about the reasoning behind other people's actions, especially the people in this family...
Jason: Oh har har, very funny. AS I WAS SAYING. You became Robin because otherwise you were going to go out and murder a man, so Bruce's only solution was to train you and let you take your anger out on bad guys, pretty much the same reason Bruce became Batman. And while doing so you realized you wanted to try and make the world a better place, yada yada yada, you're a good person, whatever.
Dick: I mean it's pretty effective therapy...beating up bad guys and all that.
Jason: I became Robin because it gave me the chance to make a difference for my people. I wanted to make sure no one would have to live the way I did on the streets. Cass is doing it because she was trained to be a weapon and wants to prove that she can be more than that. Steph is pretty much a mix of mine and Cass' reasons. Damain was literally groomed for it from birth and also wants to prove he can be better that what he was raised to be. Duke's doing it cause someone had to step up when the city went ballistic and because he doesn't want what happened to his parents to happen to anyone else.
Dick: ...alright you're making some valid points...
Jason: See?! We all had a reason! And some of those reasons are still some of our motivators!
Dick: Right right...and what about Tim? What's his reason?
Jason: ...
Jason: I've come to the conclusion that Tim is just universally insane.
Dick: Oh come on, you basically hit everyone else's reason spot on. I wanna know what you think Tim's is!
Jason: I just told you, he's crazy. This kid stalked BATMAN for YEARS unnoticed. And when Batman started hitting a little too heavy, this CHILD decided to FORCE this GROWN MAN to take him on patrol and missions. Not because he was worried about the criminals, no no. Because he didn't want to see his IDOL become some kind of brutal murderer!
Dick: Okay, but what about after that? I mean his intentions were to still save Bruce from doing something he'd regret, that's not insane!
Jason: Trust me Dickface, I know crazy when I see crazy. And don't even try to tell me this kid is still doing this shit to help people. No he's just doing it for the love of the game at this point, ergo, universally fucking insane!
Dick: Jason seriously-

Damian: Let him go on a good day rather than a bad day. I have seen many a equine owners say this. I agree with Drake, we should not let Father suffer, he deserves to go peacefully.

Dick: What the hell Tim. I mean you have a point, but still isn't it a little early to think about this? He's still got a few years left in him.
Jason: WHY ARE YOU AGREEING???
Tim: It's never too early to look at our options. I'd rather be prepped and ready than do it all last minute and risk messing up the timing.
Jason: WE ARE TALKING ABOUT BRUCE! BRUCE WAYNE! BATMAN! OUR FATHER?!?!
Dick: Expenses shouldn't be an issue, but we should also decide if we should do it ourselves or have a professional. We can make a fund for it just in case.

The Grayson's death is the catalyst that created the entirety of the DC universe.
If they hadn't died, Bruce wouldn't have taken in Dick. Dick wouldn't have become Robin, he wouldn't have formed the Teen Titans (and any other group he was a part of), he wouldn't have become Nightwing, he wouldn't have helped train a lot of the young (and old) heroes.
Dick Grayson was the original sidekick, without him the other sidekicks might not exist.
The batfamily wouldn't exist without him either.
Yeah the OG heros would be there, but everyone else most likely wouldn't.

Bloodline by Alex Warren & Jelly Roll is very Damian coded.
Actually it's all the batkids coded, Dick, Jason, Tim, Steph, Cass, Damian, Duke (I think? I unfortunately don't know much about his family).
I've thought of every batkid when I listen to this song, but I feel it fits Damian the best because he is quite literally the Bloodson and Al Ghul heir, yet he decided for himself that instead of following either of those paths, he'll make his own. He decided to stop being a vigilante and instead get the education and become a doctor.
If only I was a decent artist, I would make a Damian PMV to this song because I have it all mapped out in my head. But alas, I am but a common person😔
Okay so I was under the impression that as Dick got older and more independent, him and Bruce started having more arguments and clashing more often. And then that led to Dick just up and leaving the manor to be on his own at around the 16-17 age mark.
But I am seeing more and more things about Bruce KICKING Dick OUT of the house at 16?
Idk if maybe it's just 2 different comic storylines or a fanon thing, but which one is the more canon option? Or which one is the more popular one?

I was recently informed that Batman tried (or DID) to use a modified fear toxin on Jason to "mind control" him.
Someone said that the toxin was triggered whenever Jason's adrenaline would spike and the end goal was to make him stop being Red Hood.
I would just like someone or multiple someone's to confirm if this was a thing that happened or not and if yall know anything else about it.
(Also if anyone has fic recommendations, I'm a SUCKER for some good angst. Sorry Jason ToT)
