This was @the-bi-space-ace's idea to let your imagination run wild by putting Echo in a situation (finding something (or someone) unexpected in the ship)
My mind is full of stories, I adore Echo, and I've dared to give shape to one with words.
This is the first time I've shared anything longer than a paragraph; I hope you like it, and please forgive me if there's anything strange I didn't notice, English isn't my native language.
No warnings, suitable for all ages, tenderness and a spark of anguish.
The ship was silent, save for the sounds of basic maintenance, a faint hum that reached him through his feet like a gentle vibration. It was a feeling that made him a little nervous; he associated it with the peace before a battle, the men reviewing lists and supply crates, no one in the mood to talk, the countdown had begun, and when it reached zero, no one knew if they would ever return.
