  • Signed, archival prints are sold only on a time-limited basis. If you want to be notified when prints and other products go on sale, you can join the Studio Tommy Mailing List.

  • When prints go on sale they’re available for a set amount of time (generally somewhere between a few days and a week). The total number of prints sold during that time becomes the edition size. The prints are then produced, signed, numbered, and mailed to you! This keeps the edition size low (protecting the long-term value of the prints) and enables Tommy + team to give the print run their full attention, delivering a flawless reproduction with meticulous attention to detail. Production times vary with the scale of an edition, but prints usually require a minimum of 5-6 weeks to ship.

  • Due to overwhelming demand, there will be a final time-limited print run of the covers for Gideon the Ninth, Harrow the Ninth, and Nona the Ninth when the cover for Alecto the Ninth is revealed. If you want to make sure you don’t forget: the sale will be announced via the Studio Tommy Mailing List. To protect the value of the prints from the 1st and 2nd editions, this final edition will be signed in bronze (1st ed. = gold, 2nd ed. = silver), and will be labeled “third edition.” 1st edition and matching 2nd and 3rd edition Alecto the Ninth prints will also be available.

  • Currently we do not offer returns; all sales are final.

    That said, we want you to love your purchase! We do offer exchanges, which vary by item type.

    Archival Prints & Canvases
    It’s difficult to get a piece of artwork to another state (or another country!) in pristine condition, but great pains are taken at every step of the process to ensure a quality delivery. Due to the level of care involved: prints are guaranteed against damage, but there are no returns.

    Apparel
    Ordering apparel online is tricky, no doubt about it - but we want you to love these clothes! If your item doesn’t fit right, arrives damaged, or if otherwise defective, it may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

    • Damaged/Defective Exchanges: We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.

    • Size-related Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement for free; we just ask that you cover return shipping for the original item. As a small team, we can’t cover both at this time.

    We accept apparel items still in like-new condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags intact).

    Email us at hi [at] studiotommy.co to initiate an exchange. If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please attach photos to your initial exchange email. This will help our team resolve the issue more quickly!

  • Exclusive apparel launching June 2026! Early access and a few unique items will be available to those on the Studio Tommy Mailing List.

    What sort of apparel?

    Bookish. Stylish. High-quality. The first apparel releases will be themed around Tommy’s book cover work. We’re collaborating with publishers, authors, and garment manufacturers to bring you clothes that look and feel as good to wear as your favorite books feel to read.

  • Yes - we try to ship everywhere! Our international shipping charges are chiefly concerned with properly safeguarding your product(s) for transit, and do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery, and will be the responsibility of the recipient.
