こちらは辣子鶏丁。
ピリ辛で肉々しくて、人参もゴツゴツしていて、鹿児島のデパ地下スウパアいいなあ。ひと味違うのがいい。薩摩弁みたいな中華料理ごっそさげもした。
This is Laziji Ding. It's spicy, meaty, and the carrots are chunky—Kagoshima's department store basement supermarkets are truly wonderful. I love that it has a unique touch. It was a Chinese dish that felt just like the Satsuma dialect; gosso-sagemoshita (thank you for the feast).

スウパア寿司なのに舎利が小さめという、そしてちょっとネタが大きめという、ほっとけない新鮮なお寿司がなんと半額！すみませんねえ。お醤油がこっちのお醤油だったんで気分が乗ってきましたよ。行く先々のお醤油に合わねばなりませんわい。
Even though it's supermarket sushi, the rice is on the smaller side and the toppings are a bit larger—and this irresistible, fresh sushi was a whopping half price! Lucky me. The soy sauce here is the local style, which really got me into the mood. One must adapt to the soy sauce of wherever one goes.

昨日はホテルの部屋でスウパア飯としゃれ込みました。しゃれ込むほどのもんじゃないですが、中華風のレンコンの煮物です。この店、ちょっと味付けが変わって新鮮な感じ。そして値段がすごく安い上に4割引で買ってきたのでゼロカロリー。
Yesterday, I treated myself to a "supermarket dinner" in my hotel room. It's nothing fancy, just a Chinese-style simmered lotus root. This shop has a slightly unusual seasoning that feels quite fresh. On top of being incredibly cheap, I bought it at a 40% discount, so it's zero calories.
