Whats the best drill bit to clean up my sloppy polish and poly gel?

Not satisfied on my first time It’s my first time getting it. Went to a homebased nail appt. Says she’s beginner. I was expecting to have pretty nails cause i saw her feed and everything is good. And was it supposed to be this thick? Im not saying its ugly but im dissatisfied )):

Lesson learned while growing my nails So, I didn’t know this, but as I’m growing my nails longer and stronger, the hyponychium grows with them. I accidentally cut it a bit while putting on gel X nails. I had builder gel under them to make them grow longer and protect them. Guess they weren’t protected enough. 😵‍💫😪 Oh, and I found out I’m prone to getting it because I have scalp psoriasis. So, I had nail psoriasis without realizing it. 🤪🤪🤪 isn’t that lovely.

Did my nail tech do me dirty 🤔I asked for coffin teal nails and I guess she did a good job but they look thick to me? Is this normal? From the top they don't look too bad I guess but should I get a refund? They took 3 hours and I felt bad saying anything because she was really nice. Is this fixable or should I just be happy? On the positive side they are very sturdy.
