There is a part of my retirement story that isn’t about rank, achievements, or years served. It’s about learning that asking for help is a sign of strength.
A warm thanks to everyone who attended my “Stand Down Celebration” yesterday. It was so nice to gather with friends, family, folks from the church, neighbours and Rotarians. A extra special thanks for the “church lady sandwiches”.
