You would think keeping my job would feel good, but after surviving 5 rounds of layoffs and seeing folks get picked off each time, all I’m left with is a feeling of being disposable and not valued. You cannot treat your workforce this way for years and not have an impact. Good people who have higher standards for themselves are going to voluntarily leave.
