One of our favorite historic NYC bars is Old Town Bar which has been in business since 1892 & has been in the same family since the early 1980s. It not only has a beautiful facade with huge windows & a vintage overhanging neon sign but also has attracted many intellectuals, literary greats & creatives over the years including Andy Warhol, Liam Clancy, Pete Hamill, Nick Hornby and Frank McCourt.
