It’s the chia. It expands in your stomach and keeps you full in a way most breakfasts just don’t.
I’ve been making this on repeat: chia, Greek yogurt, strawberries, raspberries, walnuts, a little honey/maple and ruby red powder on top. Takes five minutes. Keeps me going for hours.☺️
No crash. No reaching for snacks at 10am. Just actual sustained energy.

You don’t have to soak overnight. 15–30 minutes works. But here’s what I do sometimes. I soak 6 tablespoons at once, keep them in the fridge, and that sorts me out for a few days. Zero excuses in the morning.

My usual salad. Tomatoes, beetroot,cucumber, red onion, fresh coriander. Tin of sardines on top. Squeeze of lemon over everything.
That’s it. Under £3. Done in five minutes. And your body will thank you.
