“If we can make ourselves enough of an aggravation, enough of a provocation to the DHS and ICE with our lawsuit, whatever else we might do to lawfully obstruct this," then the government might drop the facility, said Uproar Utah attorney Brent Ward.
“Is there a chance that this community could have a catastrophic wildfire? Yes. Have we done what we can do to prepare? I can say, as a fire chief, yes.”
