So I’m fairly new to my walk with God and this past week I’ve been having crazy nightmares. I always wake up between 3am - 4am is he trying to tell me something or is that the devil trying to get to me?
I appreciate this response. 🤎 My post wasn’t meant to reject God or discourage anyone from reading Scripture. It was simply expressing my hesitation about treating human interpretation as beyond question. I think seeking God and asking questions can coexist.
They are meant to coexist. Nearly every time God invites someone into their calling in the Bible they don’t believe him or argue with him. An honest relationship like that develops trust. I would say just lean into your curiosity and over time god will show you that that text was breathed by him. That’s what happened to me ❤️
