Where is the human?

That is always my first question

I work upstream of strategy at the intersection of purpose, potential, and positioning helping you - your team, business or brand - navigate complexity while staying anchored in what it means to be human.

In all of this - the upheaval, the uncertainty, the acceleration - it's easy to lose sight of what matters.

Every strategy, every decision, every transformation must start with:

Where is the human?

Not just

What's the technology? What's the trend?

But

Where are we in all of this? What do we stand for?

Who are we in relationship to the world around us?

Before we can position anything - a strategy, a team, a brand, an idea - we need to understand what it means to be human: our purpose, our values, our connection to meaning, to each other, and to this beautiful world.
