Where can I reset my password?

Where can I manage my account?
First, make sure you are logged in. You will see your registered email in the top right of the website when you click on Account. Simply click on Account and then My Account.
How will my personal information be used?
Your personal information will be used strictly to improve your experience on our websites. This includes personalising content, managing your subscriptions, and informing you about relevant updates. We follow strict privacy guidelines to ensure your data remains secure.
Do I need to create a new account?
If you already have an account with us, there's no need to create a new one. Our updated system will seamlessly integrate with your existing account. New users can easily sign up for an account here.
Will I need to log in every time I visit the site?
You will remain logged in across sessions, making it more convenient for you to access our content.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, your payment information is securely encrypted and managed in compliance with industry standards. Data security is a top priority and we have rigorous measures in place to protect your transactions.
How can I manage my subscription with the new system?
Managing your subscription will be easier with our updated system. You'll have access to a user-friendly dashboard at themonthly.com.au/account to update your details, change your subscription plan or download invoices.
Subscriptions
The Monthly offers rolling 6- and 12-month digital and print subscriptions, in addition to bundle subscriptions across other Schwartz Media titles.
Paywall
You can read two paywalled articles per month on the website. To read more articles and access all the journalism in the e-book edition, you will need a subscription. Simply log in via the email address and password associated with your subscription.
When you subscribe to the print edition of the magazine, you are also entitled to access all content behind the paywall, but you must have an online account and a current subscription.
If your subscription is expired, or you have a subscription to only The Saturday Paper or Quarterly Essay, you will be able to sign in but you will not have access to content behind The Monthly paywall.

Share Credits
Subscribers are able to share an unlocked article with a friend who may not have a subscription of their own. Learn more about Share Credits here.Learn more
Payment Options
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept cheques or money orders made out to "The Monthly". Organisations such as schools and libraries can request to be invoiced by sending an email to [email protected].
Pause Subscription
Unfortunately subscriptions to The Monthly cannot be paused.
Google Subscription
If you have subscribed to The Monthly with your Google account, you'll find your subscription information inside the Google Play app or by clicking here. You can manage that subscription by following the steps below:
- Open the Google Play app.
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions. Then select Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to manage.

Delivery
The Monthly publishes 11 issues per year, including a bumper summer issue which covers December-January. The Monthly can be delivered to any address in Australia, and will be delivered at the end of each month when new issues are published. For subscriptions requiring international delivery, please see here.
Change Address
To update your delivery address for The Monthly magazine, please log in into your account or send an email to [email protected] with your name, old address and new address. Alternatively, you can give us a call on 1800 077 514.
Cancel or Transfer
If you are wanting to cancel or transfer your subscription please contact us.
Delivery Issues
Your copy of The Monthly should arrive around the end of each month. If you would like to clarify the status of your delivery, please send an email to [email protected] or call 1800 077 514.
Digital Access
All subscriptions to The Monthly include full digital access via the website and app.Learn more
Apps
Issues of The Monthly are available via our new app, which can be installed from here. Please ensure you are signed into the app with the username and password you used to subscribe.Learn more
Google News Showcase
Articles from The Monthly are discoverable on Google News Showcase and in the Google News App. Users of Google News are encouraged to 'follow' The Monthly and link your subscriptions with Google if prompted to take full advantage of The Monthly subscription when searching Google and browsing Google News.

So we are able to resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please provide:
- the issue you are encountering;
- the URL of the page;
- any error messages;
- your browser name and version; and
- your operating system (PC or OS X).
Try these tips below as they often solve most problems:

- If in private browsing mode, turn it off
- Clear cookies
- Close and re-open browser, or try a different browser
