About the store
Hi, I'm the teacher (and mom!) behind Beyond The Bell Designs 💛 By day, I'm a classroom teacher and graphic designer. By night — and most weekends — I'm a parent volunteer who's helped run theme nights, bulletin boards, and school fundraisers more times than I can count. I started this store because I know exactly how much time gets spent recreating the same flyer, bulletin board, or sign-up sheet every single year. My resources are built to save you that time — clean, editable templates you can make your own in minutes, made by someone who's actually used them in a real classroom and at real school events. Here you'll find fun theme night flyers and decor, editable bulletin board sets, and classroom-friendly fundraising and planning documents — all designed to look great with zero design experience required. Thanks for stopping by — I hope these save you a little time this year 💛

Teaching style

As a veteran elementary educator with a passion for creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences that help every child succeed. With years of classroom experience, I've learned that the best learning happens when creativity, organization, and data work together. As both a teacher and graphic designer, I love transforming complex concepts into simple, visually engaging resources that students understand and parents can easily follow. Whether I'm designing interactive classroom activities, creating eye-catching learning materials, or developing easy-to-read data trackers, my goal is to make learning exciting and progress visible. I believe data should tell a story—not just through numbers, but through clear visuals that celebrate growth and identify opportunities for success. By using student assessment data, classroom observations, and progress monitoring, I create easy-to-understand charts, reports, and visuals that help students take ownership of their learning while keeping families informed every step of the way. Organization is at the heart of everything I do. From structured classroom systems to differentiated instruction and engaging activities, I strive to create an environment where students feel confident, supported, and motivated to reach their goals. As both an educator and a parent, I have extensive experience volunteering at every level of education. Through years of serving with PTOs, booster clubs, and school organizations while supporting my own children's educational journey, I have helped organize events, recruit volunteers, coordinate school initiatives, and raise funds that directly benefit students, teachers, athletic programs, and campus communities. These experiences have given me firsthand insight into the challenges schools face and the creative solutions that inspire families to become active participants. Through **DesignED Beyond the Bell**, I combine my passion for education, design, and community engagement to create professional resources that help teachers, PTOs, and booster clubs increase family involvement, strengthen volunteer participation, simplify communication, and develop successful fundraising campaigns that make a lasting impact on schools. **My mission is simple:** to use creativity, organization, and purposeful design to build stronger schools by connecting educators, families, volunteers, and communities through engaging resources that inspire participation and celebrate student success.
