Located in downtown Ithaca, NY at 101 East Green Street.

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm

Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Saturday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Parking is available on the street, at the Cayuga Street Garage behind the Library, and at the Green Street Garage down the street from the Library. There are two two-hour spots reserved for placard holders on Cayuga Street in front of the library. There are also a handful of 15-minute spots (no placard needed) on the Cayuga Street side of the Library building.

You will usually need to pay for parking (street or garage) at parking kiosks or using the Parkmobile app. More information about parking is available from the City of Ithaca.

Ithaca's bus service is provided by TCAT (Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit, Inc.). The main Green Street stop is just down the street from TCPL. You can learn more about routes, schedules, and fares on TCAT's website or by calling (607) 277-RIDE.
