After a decade in education, earning a PhD in science education, and investing myself in making science education more inclusive, welcoming, and joyful, I know students and teachers deserve infinitely more than endless test prep and rushing to cover all the standards just because the pacing guide said so.
That’s why I created Rockstars

Rockstars is primarily aimed at secondary (middle & high school) science teachers. However, the strategies I teach can be adapted for elementary and college (and I have used to teach a college class).
Teaching resources are general science or biology focused. My content expertise is in biology and chemistry. The teaching strategies are useful across science subject areas.
