1. What is included in a sauna and cold plunge session at R3 Spa in Denver?

Each 60-minute visit includes access to our 190°F Finnish sauna, three cold plunge temperatures, and towels.  Cycle between hot and cold as many times as you like.
R3 Spa is a clean, co-ed, alcohol-free wellness space where guests can relax, reset, and enjoy a friendly social atmosphere. It’s a place to unwind, meet like-minded people, and feel part of a healthy community.

2. What should I bring to my sauna and cold plunge session?

Just bring a swimsuit. Towels are provided. You may also bring a reusable water bottle if preferred. Everything else needed for your sauna and cold plunge experience is already included.

3. What temperatures are the sauna and cold plunges at R3 Spa?

Our Finnish sauna runs at 190°F, helping your body warm up, relax, and improve circulation.  You can also add water on the rocks. The cold plunges offer multiple temperature options (from 50 to lower 30s), so you can choose the level of intensity that feels right for your recovery and wellness goals.
