Ask Shopper what customers are saying.

Shopper chats with your customers all day, everyday. Ask Shopper gives you a direct line into what your customers are saying. Type any question about your subscriber conversations and get back a structured breakdown of themes, patterns, and the specific conversations behind every insight.

Ask about objections, buying signals, product feedback, or anything else you want to understand about your customer base. Results are easily shareable by link, so your whole team sees exactly what you're looking at. Available for brands using Shopper.

Learn more about Shopper or head to Ask Shopper in the Postscript app.

Shopper Escalates Directly to Your Help Desk

Shopper handles on average 92% of all conversations without ever needing escalation. For the 8% that do (cancellations, order issues, edge cases), Shopper can now escalate them directly to your help desk without making the subscriber switch channels.

When a subscriber needs CX support, Shopper detects escalation signals, creates a Gorgias or Zendesk ticket with the last 10 messages for context, and pauses automatically while your team handles it. Once the ticket closes, Shopper picks back up. The subscriber stays in the same SMS thread the whole time.

Available now for brands using Gorgias or Zendesk. Visit your Shopper Settings page to activate or learn more about Shopper.

Test Your Whole Popup Strategy, Not Just One Variant

Traditional A/B tests tell you which popup wins. Group A/B Testing tells you which approach wins.

Now you can test a group of popups against another group — measuring lift at the strategy level. Compare a cashback-everywhere approach against a discount-everywhere approach. Test ten collection-specific popups against two broader ones. Whatever you want to validate, you get a clear read on what's actually driving performance.

Dynamic Product Photos for RCS Cards

RCS cards now support dynamic product photos — the same way MMS does for product-centric automation triggers. When you're building a card, carousel, or fallback message, you can pull in the product photo tied to your trigger event directly from the media field.

The editor is trigger-aware: swap to a trigger that doesn't support dynamic photos and any media references clear automatically. And when you add a dynamic photo to your RCS card, it syncs to your fallback message by default.

Available now in Flow Builder for brands with RCS enabled. Get Started >

Add an Embedded Form Anywhere

Embedded Forms are a new opt-in surface that merchants can drop on any page: Shopify, headless sites, blogs, or anywhere else. Copy one code snippet from the editor, paste it wherever the form should appear. Embedded forms use Onsite Opt-in and support welcome messages, custom properties, and the same blocks and styling as popups and landing pages.

RCS Webview Keeps Subscribers in the Thread

When a subscriber taps a link in an RCS message and gets launched into their browser, there's a real chance they don't come back. Webview support for the Open Link action fixes that. Instead of redirecting subscribers out of the conversation, the URL opens directly inside the message thread — so they can view a landing page, track an order, or complete a checkout without ever leaving.

Choose from three display modes — Full (full screen), Tall (three-quarter view), or Half (split screen with the thread still visible). If a subscriber's device or carrier doesn't support webviews, the link falls back to the default browser automatically.

Add RCS Calendar Events in One Tap

For product drops, flash sales, or any campaign where timing is everything — subscribers can now save the date directly from an RCS message. Tap the action, and a pre-filled calendar event pops up in their default calendar app, ready to save. No copying, no searching for the right date. One tap and it's on their calendar.

Set an event title, start and end times, timezone, and an optional description — all from Flow Builder. For subscribers who don't receive RCS, the event details carry through automatically in the fallback message so no one misses the "when."

Content Library: More Ways to Train Shopper

Brand Center is where you teach Postscript's AI all about your brand: your voice, your products, your policies, your FAQs. Everything that makes Shopper sound like you so customers recognize your brand in every reply.

Content Library lives inside Brand Center and is one of the key ways you train the AI. Upload PDFs, DOCX files, and more, drop in links, or create Text Snippets for quick updates like holiday shipping deadlines or policy changes. Shopper Playground is now embedded directly in the page so you can upload content, confirm it synced, and test Shopper's responses easily.

Available now for brands using Shopper. Head to Brand Center to get started or learn more about Shopper.

INFINITY TESTING

MARCH 3

More Ways to Run Experiments with Infinity Testing

Infinity Testing now runs at more moments across the subscriber journey. Two new automation triggers, Cart Abandoned and Link Clicked, let you experiment from early engagement to high-intent purchase behavior. Campaigns now support testing windows as short as one hour with no new lists or additional sends required.

Choose between EPM and UCTR depending on what you're trying to learn. AI outperforms inspiration messages approximately 82% of the time and delivers up to 40% EPM lift. You can also edit AI-generated variants before activating so copy stays on-brand, and updated dashboards surface incremental revenue and lift vs. control at a glance. The more places you can run experiments, the faster you find and optimize for what actually drives revenue.

Now available for brands on Postscript AI. Get started in Flow Builder or learn more about Infinity Testing.
