Swiss crowdfunding market growing again: real estate crowdlending as the main driver

Following a decline in volumes in the Swiss crowdfunding market over the past three years, the market recorded growth again in 2025. The volume rose by 14% to 629 million Swiss francs. The main driver of this development is crowdlending, especially project financing for real estate. These are the findings of the annual study on the crowdfunding market conducted by Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU).
