iOS Installation Instructions (iPhone)



1.     Open the “App Store” application on your iPhone. 
2.     In the App Store application, click the “Search” tab on the bottom right of the screen. (Has a magnifying glass picture)
3.     In the Search Bar, type in “Multi Sales” and press the blue “search” button on the keyboard.
4.     Scroll down until you see the application named: “Multi Sales” 
5.     This application will have a two-colored logo, with the top half of the logo black and the word “MULTI” in it, the bottom half of the logo is red with the word “SALES” in it.
6.     Click this application.
7.     To confirm you have the right application, under the blue button that says “Get” will be small icons. One of those icons will be labeled “DEVELOPER” and under the word developer, it will say “Billtrust”
8.     If this matches and the logo is also correct, you have found the correct Application.
9.    Click the blue button “Get” on the application page.
10.  This will prompt you to begin downloading/installing our new Mobile Application.
11.  When the application download is completed, you can leave the “App Store” application and return to your home screen.
12.  The new Multi Sales mobile Application will now be installed on your phone. 
13.  Open the new Application that reflects the same logo as the one you just downloaded.
14.  When you open the application, it will prompt you to log in.
15.  Log in using your Multi Sales credentials.
16.  Once logged in, you are now migrated to our new Mobile Application. You can proceed to place orders as you normally would.
17.  To uninstall the old application – Only do this once you have confirmed the new application is downloaded successfully.
18.  To uninstall the old application, find the application on your home screen. 
19.  If you are unable to find the old application on your home screen, scroll to the right until you find the “App Library” pane.
20.  Type in “Multi Sales” and locate the application with a white background and the word “Multi Sales” on the logo. 
21.  This logo will be different from the logo of the application you just downloaded.
22.  Press and hold the old application on your screen until a menu pops up.
23.  Click the red text saying “Delete App”
24.  There will be a prompt that pops up saying: “Delete “Multi Sales”?” 
25.  Press the red delete text.
26.  The old application will now be removed from your phone and you will only have the newly released Multi Sales mobile app properly downloaded.

Android/Google Installation Instructions



1.      Open the “Play Store” application on your Phone. 
2.      In the Search Bar at the top, type in “Multi Sales” and press the blue magnifying glass button on the keyboard.
3.      Scroll down until you see the application named: “Multi Sales” with the word “Billtrust” under it.
4.    This application will have a two-colored logo, with the top half of the logo black and the word “MULTI” in it, the bottom half of the logo is red with the word “SALES” in it.
5.    Click this application.
6.    Click the button “Install” on the application page.
7.    This will begin downloading/installing our new Mobile Application.
8.    When the application download is completed, you can click the “Open” button on the application page.
9.    The new Multi Sales mobile Application is now be installed on your phone. 
10.  When you open the application, it will prompt you to log in.
11.  Log in using your Multi Sales credentials.
12.  If it fails to log in, click the eye icon on the password line and try again.
13.  Once logged in, you are now migrated to our new Mobile Application. You can proceed to place orders as you normally would.

16.  If you are unable to find the old application on your home screen, swipe up or down on your home screen until a list of installed applications is showing.
17.  Type in “Multi Sales” and locate the application with a white background and the word “Multi Sales” on the logo. 
18.  This logo will be different than the logo of the application you just downloaded.
19.  Press and hold the old application on your screen until a menu pop up.
20.  Click the “Uninstall” button on the pop up.
21.  There will be a prompt that pops up saying: “Do you want to uninstall this app?”
22.  Press the “OK” button.
23.  You will see a text pop up saying “Uninstalled Multi Sales”
24.  The old application will now be removed from your phone and you will only have the newly released Multi Sales mobile app properly downloaded.
