Chris Thomas is a self-taught DJ, producer and music educator from the United Kingdom, rooted in the halcyon days of the late 70s and early 80s Funk and Soul movement that shaped his musical identity. He has been a familiar face on the UK Soulful House scene for over two decades.

Recording and performing as Like Minded Souls, Chris has released consistently every year since 2021, collaborating with vocalists including Mira Raven, Carriesa, Mima Jemima, Tina Ford and Rise of the Sunchasers. His 2021 release "Sunshine" ft. Mira Raven charted in the Beatport Soulful House Top 100 on Soul Good Recordings, part of the respected Quantize Recordings family. His subsequent work has been released through his own imprint, Soulful Music Recordings, across Beatport, Traxsource, Apple Music, Tidal, Bandcamp and all major platforms.
