The accessible entrance and exit is on the Concourse level (Founders Hall) which provides elevator access to all seating areas. There is an accessible telephone and ladies' rest room in Founders Hall. There are also accessible rest rooms on the Parterre, Grand Tier, and Dress Circle levels. Please note that due to ongoing construction on Lincoln Center campus there may be delays with drop offs before curtain time. For more information on parking visit our FAQ page.

You may purchase tickets for wheelchair accessible, removable armrest and companion seat locations at the box office, by phone and online. View the seat map for the date and time of the performance you would like to attend for available locations. We kindly request that accessibility requests be made no less than two weeks before a performance date.

Wireless headsets to amplify sound are available at the coat check station on the South Concourse Level prior to every performance. A photo ID is required as a security deposit. These headsets are provided as a free service for our audience members and should your headset not function properly, please exchange it for another. No ticket refunds will be made if this service is not compatible with a patron’s own assistive devices.

Available at select performances or upon request. American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation communicates the spoken word and sounds of an event into the visual-gestural language used by the Deaf+ and signing communities.

Audio Description

Available at select performances or upon request. Audio description provides live, spoken, description of actions, visuals, gestures, costumes, and scenery on stage through receivers and headsets, so that guests who are blind or have low vision can fully participate in the experience.
