Tomoko Maruno (Japanese: 丸野 智子)[1] is a Nintendo employee who voiced Toad in the Japanese release of Mario Kart 64. In Western releases of Mario Kart 64, Isaac Marshall voices Toad instead. Her recordings were reused in Mario Party, Mario Party 2, Mario Party 3, and Mario Kart: Super Circuit, and can be heard when displaying the controls in Mario Golf.
