"Secret Island Record Room"[1] is a musical theme in New Super Mario Bros. U, where it plays in the Purple Toad House found on Secret Island. This theme is used as a leitmotif for Nabbit, who is implied to use the Purple Toad House as a hideout.

New Super Mario Bros. U marks the first appearance of "Secret Island Record Room".
A brief arrangement of "Secret Island Record Room" plays at the start of "Catch Nabbit!" levels.
Both "Secret Island Record Room" and the "Catch Nabbit!" jingle return in New Super Luigi U and New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe for the same purposes.

In the Wii U version of Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, the "Catch Nabbit!" jingle from New Super Mario Bros. U is quoted at the beginning of the game's arrangement of "Ground Theme" from New Super Mario Bros. U, which can be chosen as the background music for events. It also plays during the 100m event against Nabbit. It is titled "Nabbit's Theme" in the game's sound test.
