Hey, did you know that there's a ton of research that tells us that if we move our bodies, we will reduce our risk of diabetes and heart disease, our mental health will be better and will live longer and live healthier? Well, I kind of knew that and I was always really active. I loved being active. But then guess what? Perimenopause hit and I got to tell you, I didn't really feel like being as active anymore. I wasn't sleeping that well. I was kind of irritable and my joints hurt. And you know, I, I mean, as many of you know, I ended up having bilateral knee replacement. Like a few months ago. And so my joints were a mess, I was inflamed. And I also have a history of osteopenia and osteoporosis in my family. So I have to watch out for my bones and I have to watch out for my knees, right? And I'm doing all the things. I'm on estrogen. I'm doing lots of things. But what I am doing now in my recovery from my surgery is I'm cycling a lot, which is so good for my knees. I'm getting stronger. I'm lifting weights because I know that's going to help my bones. And then I'm using products that are helping me to continue to move. So I'm using. Osteo booze and joint boots, which have really good data on their bovine collagens. These are specific targeted peptides that I'm using to help my bones, to help my joints and to feel better and to help me keep moving. So listen, even though you don't feel like moving, you know, touch your doctor, think about hormone therapy, then think about products that you can use that gonna help you keep moving.
