Leadership

Operational Delivery

  • Ensures operational models are optimized for success and supports leaders in implementing necessary improvements.
  • Maintains visibility into contract performance, including financials, KPIs, quality metrics, and risk management.
  • Conducts regular performance reviews and implements corrective actions where needed.
  • Provides transparent reporting to senior leadership to highlight trends, risks, and required interventions.
  • Collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure comprehensive contract support.
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory, legal, and organizational standards.
  • Enhances internal systems and procedures to improve operational efficiency and communication.

Customer Focus

  • Ensures delivery teams provide exceptional customer service through established best practices and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Funder Engagement

  • Maintains relationships with current and potential funding sources, as well as relevant stakeholders.
  • Leads contract negotiations to secure favorable terms for both service recipients and the organization.
  • Keeps abreast of regulatory changes and funder expectations that impact operations.
  • Ensures teams understand contract requirements and performance expectations.
  • Works collaboratively with funders to address concerns and implement assurance measures.

Business Development

  • Identifies and nurtures opportunities for business expansion and service enhancement.
  • Engages strategically with stakeholders to align with future needs and priorities.
  • Builds partnerships that strengthen service delivery and open new avenues for growth.
  • Oversees proposal development and submission for new contracts.
