HUGO BOSS delivered solid results in the second quarter of 2025. We confirm our sales and earnings outlook for the year, despite ongoing macroeconomic challenges and subdued global consumer sentiment. The successful execution of key brand and product initiatives — including the launch of the first Beckham x BOSS collection — continued to drive top-line momentum. At the same time, building on four consecutive quarters of strict cost discipline, we realized further operational efficiency gains. As a result, our operating profit (EBIT) improved in the second quarter of 2025. Key developments from the second quarter include: ◾ Group sales increased by 1% currency-adjusted to EUR 1,002 million ◾ Growth in digital (+7%) and brick-and-mortar wholesale (+3%); slight momentum improvement in brick-and-mortar retail (Q2: -1%; Q1: -4%) ◾ Gross margin remains on prior-year level at 62.9% ◾ EBIT increased 15% to EUR 81 million, supported by further efficiency gains, resulting in an EBIT margin of 8.1% in Q2 Further details are available in the press release on our group site: on.hugoboss.com/Q2/25

It’s not summer without Pride! This year, HUGO BOSS celebrated two incredible Pride events. 🌈 We started at Madrid Pride, Europe’s largest LGBTQ+ celebration. Our HUGO BOSS bus joined the dazzling parade on July 5 — one of 10 participants in the exclusive group of company floats — traveling through the heart of the city with 45 of our amazing colleagues on board to share our message: "Trust your own way. Love your own way." Just weeks later, on July 26, we brought the energy back to Stuttgart for the Christopher Street Day Parade. With over 80 colleagues on the street and alongside our #CSD truck, and a flash mob by our Cultural Dance Crew, we joined 170 groups under the powerful motto, "Never silent again!
