The Regional Business Manager - Central region will work closely with the Head of Sales for the Americas as well as the wider Americas team. As the lead for their geographic area, this individual is responsible for delivering defined targets centered around retailer performance. In addition, you provide direction to dealer partners and act as ambassadors for the region as well as executing sale events and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives that drive growth within your region
Lead the business planning process with retailer partners to grow and improve sales processes, grow market share and foster brand loyalty
Regional strategy development including Distribution channel, marketing approach, fleet and pre-owned strategies, etc. RBMs are expected to think out of the box and make a clear distinction vs. the current automotive processes
Research, identify and establish regional partnerships & cooperations with strategic partners fitting the Grenadier brand as part of a process to operationalize the America's sales strategy
Work closely with the Marketing & Communications teams to tailor the global strategy to the region and to ensure its implementation
Utilize the most efficient communication channels to provide information to the INEOS retailer network on programs, initiatives, and campaigns
Qualifications:
Proven track record in general Senior Automotive management as well as sales, sales planning, sales steering and marketing. A background in network development and Aftersales is necessary
Ability to think strategically, work tactically, with strong project management skills and present to C level executive teams and retailer principals alike
Customer-facing experience and product business development experience; bringing a creative approach and ‘out of the box' thinking that sometimes challenges the status quo
Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends within the industry and customer experience trends
Willingness and ability to travel extensively in the dedicated region is expected
