Our boutique client is seeking a proven Executive Assistant who excels in fast-paced environments while seamlessly managing the complex needs of our high-profile executive team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, superior time management abilities, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in our dynamic investment environment. Salary: $110-120 PLUS Bonus and overtime
Responsibilities:
Provide Executive Assistant support members of the Executive team
Handle professional calendar management
EA support for team, including projects
Coordinate travel arrangements: including flights, hotels, cars, restaurant, and event reservations
Manage family’s multiple homes / properties - liaise with property managers to coordinate ongoing maintenance
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant previous experience
Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills; articulate and succinct
Knowledge of general administrative practices and procedures
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills; plans, organizes, schedules, and communicates in an efficient, productive manner
Focuses on key priorities; does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project
Must be a strong team player and interact well across various levels of employee seniority
Ability to learn and adapt, quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information, adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions and cope effectively with complexity and change
Knowledge of NYC including restaurants and event spaces a plus
