Job Responsibilities:
Effective utilization of the tools to grow and shape strong client relationships.
Provide consistent support to the team while utilizing Onin’s training model.
Drive sales growth by building and coaching a team of Business Managers and Business Development Managers as well as strategic personal sales production.
Ensure branches understand & make use of all their resources, systems and tools.
Leverage data to help make decisions and influence others.
Recruit, hire, train and develop a team of A-players to achieve targeted goals.
The Ideal Candidate Might Have:
3+ years of experience in multi-unit management
2+ years of experience in sales or business development
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, candidates, and the general public.
Knowledge of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is a plus!
Proven ability to build and grow strong client relationships
Adaptable, strategic, and results-focused.
