Here we grow! 🚀 2025 is shaping up to be a banner year for Public Storage in California. We kicked the year off with a bang, completing redevelopment of an 8-story facility on Grand Avenue in the heart of Los Angeles, next to USC facing the 110. Since then, we’ve finished developing modern new facilities in Santa Fe Springs and adding additional space at our Thousand Oaks facility by converting an office building into storage. Check out the specs: •       Los Angeles: 212,325 NRSF – 4,372 units •       Santa Fe Springs: 151,950 NRSF – 1,826 units •       Thousand Oaks: 149,260 NRSF – 1,802 units For making it all possible, thanks to team members Joe Tomlinson, Mark B., and Josh Pait, plus our construction and design partners at W.E.
