Seedream x Nano-Banana = Epic Control 🎬🚀⚡ The real story isn’t Seedream vs. Nano-Banana. Fashion Sketches Alone Are Obsolete ☠️ I still hand sketch. I still draw illustrator flats. That part of the workflow hasn’t disappeared. But if you stop there, you’re already behind. A flat sketch leaves too much to interpretation. Every cross-functional partner sees something different in the same drawing. That’s how overdevelopment and oversampling creep in. With AI, I can present a head-to-toe vision in hours: silhouette, proportion, texture, and mood. All consistent, all aligned. Everyone reacts to the same thing, which means faster decisions and fewer wasted samples. The numbers speak for themselves: 50–70% faster concept to lineup. 25–40% fewer samples wasted. 30–50% fewer feedback loops. 20–30% fewer tech-pack revisions. AI doesn’t replace design. It doesn’t replace taste. It doesn’t replace sketching. It just compresses the distance between idea and alignment. Fashion has always adopted new tools - pencil to Illustrator to 3D. AI is simply the next one. The designers who know how to combine sketching, system thinking, and AI will set the pace. Don't get left behind. 💡 Built in FLORA. Sketched in Adobe Illustrator. #AI #AIFashion #AITools #AIWorkFlow #Sustainability

From Racetrack to Runway 🏁 When two brands collaborate, the magic isn’t in forcing them together, it’s in finding the overlap where something new can exist. Aimé Leon Dore has already shown us what Porsche can look like through their lens: classic, nostalgic, tailored. It was a love letter to heritage and refinement. KITH speaks a different language. Where ALD leaned into timeless prep, KITH thrives in the now... drops, varsity energy, and a boldness that feels closer to street and sport. That’s why this KITH × Porsche AG capsule reads differently. The inspo came from the Porsche racing team: the adrenaline, the striping, the protective elements that define performance wear. From Porsche AG came Guards Red, quilted seat geometry, and the precision of chassis lines. From KITH came moto/varsity attitude, streetwear-ready proportions, and branding. The fusion builds naturally into pieces like: - An oversized moto jacket echoing racing aesthetic. - A corset dress mapped with seat quilting. - Sweaters that carry Porsche AG racing details without losing `KITH’s edge. This concept capsule shows how Porsche AG can be reinterpreted again and again, heritage filtered through different cultural voices. Built in FLORA, the workflow was efficient and iterative... adjusting stripe widths, testing textures, refining details until it felt cohesive. #GenAI #ConceptDesign #CreativeDirection #Kith #Porsche911 #AIinFashion #AI #DesignIcons #AIFashion

Digital Apparel Developer (CLO-3D, Blender, Adobe Substance) at Levi Strauss & Co. AI Development using ChatGPT, Vizcom, Florafauna.ai

Spending more time using AI as a tool in apparel development, I’m starting to see the true impact—both the pros and cons. This piece was created from old product photos of designs I made back when I had my own brand, Herbert Victoria. Fun fact: I ran HV for three years, even gaining exposure through Phoenix Fashion Week, which gave me an eComm presence. I didn’t stop because of poor sales—but because I was overworked. It became too difficult to sustain the quality I expected for my work and myself as a designer. If I’d had AI in my 20s, I know I could have scaled HV much further—sewing samples in my bedroom, building digital campaigns, and connecting directly with consumers. My reality, though, was constantly having to ask for help and scrape together resources. For Gen Z, with these tools, it will be so much easier to establish a digital footprint or launch a “digital brick-and-mortar.” But the flip side is real: AI will also replace a substantial amount of work. I don’t need to hire models, rent photo studios, or contract editors for high-quality imagery anymore. As much as I love using AI, it feels bittersweet. Maybe it’s a good thing I’m getting older—I just hope I’ll have enough tucked away for retirement. AI tool credited to FLORA

Turn any object into couture 🪡 A repeatable FLORA workflow that translates raw products into high-fashion editorials, start to finish in one editor. 🚀 How it works (step-by-step):  1. Define the concept 📝  Upload your object → give GPT-5 the brief. It extracts geometry, texture, palette, and motifs into a tight visual language you can reuse across shots. 2. Build the base look 🤳  Generate or upload your model image, then connect it to the Text node + object image. Use Nano Banana for clean compositing that stays on-model. 3) Refine with intent ✏️  Swap pieces, adjust proportions, add/remove details. With Nano Banana, iterate until the silhouette reads designed, not generated. 4) Place in the world 🌍  Drop into studio, street, or landscape. Match depth, lighting, and backdrop so the look sits naturally and feels editorial. 5) Animate the result 🎬  Turn stills into a loop with KLING 2.1 (first/last frame) or Higgsfield—add wind, subtle camera drift, and light movement for that magazine finish. 🤔 Why this matters:  • From product shot → campaign in hours, not weeks  • Consistent creative language across every asset  • Art-director control without a multi-tool pipeline If you want to clone the workflow, find it in the comments below. ⬇️

Your mockups don’t have to be boring anymore. It’s becoming more possible than ever to create custom mockups for your project and showcase your ideas exactly the way you envisioned them, without being limited to the same old stock options. I tested a few applications here at Montag School using FLORA and really liked the results.

🔥 Burning Tires with FLORA 🔥 I approached this Porsche AG 911 x KITH like designing a runway piece, from silhouette to finish, inside and out. Behind-the-scenes (step by step): Structure: Define body lines like a pattern draft - stance, proportion, and the recognizable 911 silhouette. Surface: Set paint/finish as the fabric story - matte vs. gloss, micro-texture, and how light reads on curves. Interior: Craft trims, stitching, and material contrasts - comfort, tactility, and detail hierarchy. Atmosphere: Lock mood + lighting - key light direction, reflections, and composition to sell the narrative. What makes it exciting is how simple it was to build in FLORA. Given the right references, it’s surprisingly intuitive - the tool makes it easy to translate a vision into images. Here’s a snippet of my workflow: 1️⃣ Frame the narrative. 2️⃣ Prompt for core assets (car, textures, interiors). 3️⃣ Layer styling + mood. 4️⃣ Refine through quick passes until it clicks. 💡 Created in FLORA.
