AAR IRL - NYC! Another day, another IRL agency visit. Why? To build and reinforce relationships. That’s what we do here at AAR Partners agency search consultancy. It’s the keystone to helping our clients identify the best of the best agencies for their brand needs. What did we discuss at EGAMI Group? A lot about creds decks. What were some of the critical learnings? 1. Foster Interactive Presentations: Shift from static presentations to engaging discussions. Clients prefer a conversational approach that allows for real-time feedback, creating a collaborative atmosphere that enhances understanding and connection. 2. Focus on Emotional Engagement: Craft narratives that resonate emotionally. Whether through storytelling, humor, or impactful visuals, aim to evoke feelings that connect your audience to the brand's mission and values. 3. Prioritize Clarity and Brevity: Keep presentations concise and focused. Aim for a clear narrative that communicates the agency’s value proposition and successes in 15-20 minutes, allowing for audience interaction and discussion. The key? Connect with clients on multiple levels in today’s dynamic marketing landscape. Thank you, Precious Sahagun, Mike Warner, Kristena Lucky and Teneshia Jackson Warner of EGAMI Group for spending IRL time with me today! #Agencies #NewBusiness #CredsPrez #Brands

Thank you #ANAAIMM for your continued leadership, voice and advocacy.
The AIMM Member Forum in Toronto, hosted by Kraft Heinz, brought together leaders, innovators, and advocates to explore how our industry can more intentionally drive inclusive growth. Over two days, our members offered each other case studies, research findings, powerful panels, and candid conversations that challenged us to think differently about the connection between cultural relevance, impact and brand growth. We extend our gratitude to Kraft Heinz for hosting us and creating an environment that inspired honest, forward-thinking conversation. And to every speaker, moderator, and attendee; thank you for your insight, candor, and willingness to push the industry forward. Thank you Ifeoluwa Czisny and the rest of the amazing teams at McDonald's, Bully Pulpit International, and EGAMI Group for being incredible partners! It's an honor to make these films and share these important human stories together. From America's dining room to the silver screen!
There are rare moments in your career when you pause and think, “Wow, this is why I do what I do.” This past Monday was one of them. Everyone has a McDonald’s story. This smple insight sparked a journey focused on telling real, human stories that reveal the subtle yet profound role McDonald’s plays in American life. The result: a documentary shorts collection titled “Stories from America’s Dining Room” developed by the award-winning team at Breakwater Studios in collaboration with McDonald’s. We had the privilege of debuting the first film, “The Napkin Playbook,” at the Martha's Vineyard African American Film Festival. The energy, emotion, resonance and connection in that room was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. People felt seen, because they were. Whether you’re one of the 1 in 8 Americans who has worked at McDonald’s, or among the 93% of U.S. communities we serve - you’re a part of this story. Huge thanks to the many hands who have and continue to shape this work: Ben Proudfoot, ⚡️Kirstin Falk, Nubia Murray, Lindsay Kurtz, Tess Mattingly, Tess Mattingly, Brian Fergemann, Veronique Hutchinson, Meaghan Daly, Jordyn (Greenberg) Kandelman, Bryce Jakobs, EGAMI Group (Marissa W., Jordan Tate, Uchechi C E, Kaitlin Nicholson, Monnette Bonneannee) and Bully Pulpit International. Keep an eye out for the collection on YouTube and more screenings as we continue to share these powerful stories from America’s Dining Room.
