Lake Havasu City provides utility billing services for Water, Sewer, & Trash.
Before you start using the bill payment website, you will need your account number (found on your most recent statement) and your billing zip code. If you do not have your last billing statement, you can email Customer Service.
If you have your account number and your billing zip code, you can register your account on our new bill payment website.
If you have already registered on our utility bill payment website, you can pay your bill online.
You can also pay by phone 24 hours a day by calling 928-453-4146 or 877-253-0156. You can also mail in your payment to P.O. Box 5131, Boone, IA 50950-0131. There is no charge for phone payments.
If using a laptop or desktop computer, click "Autopay" from the sidebar menu options. You will see the menu option upon signing in.
If using a mobile interface (i.e. phone, ipad, tablet, etc.), once signed in click the icon on the top right hand side of the screen. Click "Pay and View Bills" from the menu options, and then select "Autopay" from the options it presents thereafter.
Make sure you hit the "Save Card" or "Save Account" button on the bottom of the screen.
You can also sign up for autopay by filling out the following forms and mailing/bringing them into City hall with a copy of voided check.

Use the Water Service Application to apply for water service. First, you must select single or multiple applicants. If you are applying for service by yourself, select "Single Applicant". If you are applying with a spouse or roommate, choose "Multiple Applicants".

Republic Services provides refuse and recycling services in Lake Havasu City. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Visit their website, and be sure to follow Republic Services on Facebook. They are available to answer any questions.

Enter your normal water use, in cubic feet, as it is displayed on your monthly utility statement. For Multi-Family, Hotel/Motel, and RV Park classifications, be sure to enter the number of Units, Rooms, or Spaces to determine your charges.
Water and sewer service is provided by Lake Havasu City. Trash and recycling service is provided by Republic Services. The following water and sewer rates were adopted by the City Council and are effective February 1, 2026. The Water, Sewer and Trash Rates (PDF) are adjusted annually on January 1.
