Help with the Diary
Every band and venue has their own diary to help them manage their live music schedules. These diaries contain gig dates, available dates, and other private information, e.g. band member holiday dates, rehearsal dates, etc. Each band diary's available dates are automatically included into the main Lemonrock 'Available Bands' section.
What is the 'Available Bands' section?
Bands can show when they are available for gigs. The Available Bands section is searchable by date and by location.
We want our available dates to show in the Lemonrock 'Available Bands' section. How do we do this?
You need to mark your available dates in your band diary as 'AVAIL' (coloured green). Once you have updated your own diary, all your available dates will be added automatically to the Lemonrock 'Available Bands' section.
We have a gig on a particular day, but we still want to be shown as available for that day, because we may have time to do more than one gig. How do we show that gig date as available?
Unlock the padlock, then click the gig date until it changes from unavailable (pink with a yellow circle) to available (pink with a green circle). Then click the 'save' button.
See the example below for different diary day states.

How do we show every Saturday as being available?
Unlock the padlock, then keep clicking 'Sat' in the column headings, until all Saturdays show 'AVAIL' (coloured green). Then click the 'save' button.
We have added our available dates to our diary, but they are not appearing in the 'Available Bands' section. Why not?
Please make sure that you have specified your band's location (town/city).
Can we add gigs using the band/venue diary?
Yes. To add a gig for a day, click on the day in your band/venue diary, then click the 'New gig' button.
