Mid-Market Customer Success Manager (CSM)
Juno Journey is an AI-powered learning and development platform that enables its customers to create personalized employee learning paths, onboarding, training, internal knowledge access, and development planning, all in one system. We're a growing startup with a small, collaborative team. We move quickly, prioritize impact, and support each other.
We're looking for a strategic and proactive CSM to join our team. Someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wants to play a direct role in shaping our product and scaling key accounts.
As our Mid-Market CSM, you'll be both the face of our company for our customers and vice versa. You will lead end-to-end implementations, drive long-term strategy for value realization, and act as a critical bridge between the customer and Juno Journey.
One day per week you'll work US Eastern hours to support our global client base, with flexibility to plan your schedule accordingly. Bonus eligibility is performance-based, following three months of successful employment.
