Who We Are
The Provincial Economic Development and Investment Center (PEDIC) is the lead office of the Province of Negros Occidental responsible for local economic development and investment promotion and serves as the primary technical and administrative arm of the Provincial Investment and Incentives Board.
Operated by the Negros Occidental Investment Promotion Center (NOIPC), an office designated by the Governor in consultation with the board and approved Provincial Organizational Plan (Article IV, Ordinance No. 013, Series of 2014). Through this structure, the province ensures better coordination, and faster, more efficient services for investors.

Provides end-to-end support services to qualified investors to ensure ease of doing business.
Policy Advisory
Recommends Investment Priority Areas (IPAs) to the Board based on technical and financial soundness.
Strategic Networking
Maintains relations with other LGUs and national agencies to enhance the provincial investment climate.
Office Structure
PEDIC is professionally staffed to meet the demands of modern investors and is under the direct supervision of the Provincial Investment and Incentives Board.
