Ethan claims StarSeries i-League Season 8 MVP award
Thanks to his impressive form throughout the event, Ethan "Ethan" Arnold was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of StarSeries i-League Season 8 by HLTV.org and betway.
The 19-year-old player averaged a 1.24 rating across the 19 maps Evil Geniuses played at the tournament in Belek, Turkey, proving to be the most valuable player and scooping the first MVP award of his career.

Vincent "Brehze" Cayonte was brilliant in the grand final, helping Evil Geniuses lift the trophy, but the 1.73 rating in the final series of the tournament was not enough to outshine Ethan's consistent performance throughout the event, who only recorded two below-average rated maps, early on against Ninjas in Pyjamas. Ethan recorded impressive Rating (1.24), ADR (86.8), and KAST (76.3%), ranking top five for the event in all three of those categories.
Close to Ethan in the MVP race was his teammate Tsvetelin "CeRq" Dimitrov, as well as standouts for the second and third-placed teams, Kaike "KSCERATO" Cerato and Ludvig "Brollan" Brolin. The FURIA star was the second-best rated player in Turkey, behind Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut, and averaged the lowest DPR, 0.54. On the other hand, CeRq stood out with high-impact kills, recording 71 opening frags (65.7% success) and 11 clutches.
