SEAN LANAGAN

Sean Lanagan is the president of Hearst Transportation and the president and CEO of CAMP Systems International, Inc.
Hearst Transportation provides business-critical information and services that advance transportation uptime in the automotive, trucking and aviation industries. It is made up of four companies: CAMP, MOTOR Information Systems, Black Book and Noregon Systems.
CAMP is the leading global aviation maintenance management and operations software platform. Sean leads a global team supporting more than 40,000 aviation customers and is driving the modernization of maintenance, flight operations and health monitoring through data, digital workflows and AI. He has overseen significant SaaS transformation and sustained growth.
Sean joined CAMP in 2016 and spent several years leading the expansion of the Enterprise Information Systems businesses. He was promoted to president of CAMP in 2022 and, in 2023, was named CEO of the company. During the first four years of his leadership, CAMP accelerated organic growth and successfully completed and integrated three acquisitions, driving additional inorganic growth. He transformed business operations by incorporating AI into both CAMP’s products and its internal processes. His leadership focuses on market-transforming innovation, operational excellence, talent development and delivering mission-critical solutions within regulated industries.
Prior to CAMP, Sean held senior roles at Bain Capital portfolio company SevOne and spent more than a decade at EMC, where he helped scale multiple high-growth ventures, including the Centera division, which set new global standards for compliant digital storage. He launched his career in Silicon Valley with Morgan Stanley and Sequoia Capital-backed Documentum.
Sean is the author of a Harvard Business School case study on “Crossing the Chasm,” a judge for the HBS New Venture Competition, and is the co-inventor of four patents for artificial intelligence and machine learning.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a master of business administration degree from Harvard Business School. Sean brings discipline, a team-centric mindset and a servant-leadership approach to his work, and he is known for developing high-performing organizations and empowering teams to achieve exceptional results.
Peter Largen is the executive vice president of Hearst Transportation, providing senior leadership for Hearst’s portfolio of transportation businesses whose mission is to provide business-critical information and services that advance transportation uptime.
Largen joined Hearst in February 2010 as MOTOR’s chief technology officer where he led the re-platforming of MOTOR’s technology stack and the reorganization of MOTOR’s marketing, technology, and product development that set the stage for significant growth. He was promoted to executive vice president of MOTOR in 2018, added responsibility for Black Book operations in 2021, and has served as executive vice president since 2022.
Prior to Hearst, Largen held senior roles in businesses in the information technology and automotive sectors, serving as chief operating officer for CenterPost Communications, chief marketing officer for Jentro Technologies, chief marketing officer for CCC Intelligent Solutions, and president and chief operating officer of DriveLogic, a CCC subsidiary. Largen is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
TODD LADSON
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Hearst Transportation
Todd Ladson is senior vice president and chief financial officer of Hearst Transportation. In this role, he oversees financial operations at the group level and partners with the portfolio of transportation businesses, which include MOTOR, Black Book, Noregon and CAMP Systems International, to drive the group’s overall financial performance.
Ladson has more than two decades of experience developing and implementing financial strategies. He joined Hearst in 2001 as director of finance at MOTOR. In 2013, he was promoted to vice president of finance at MOTOR and was responsible for all accounting and finance functions of the company. He was named senior vice president and chief financial officer of Hearst Transportation in 2021. He also serves as a board advisor to Noregon.
Prior to Hearst, Ladson held senior finance roles at companies including Kelly Services where he was responsible for managing their single largest asset and worked in the banking industry as a consumer loan officer.
Ladson holds a master’s degree in finance and accounting from Walsh College and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Oakland University. He is a graduate of Hearst’s executive development program, Hearst Management Institute.
Vibby Gottemukkala is the co-chairman of CAMP Systems International, the leading provider of maintenance tracking and engine health monitoring services and software systems to service centers and MROs in the business aviation industry. Previously serving as President and Chief Executive Officer, Gottemukkala has been a part of CAMP for nearly 20 years and has served in various executive capacities including chief operating officer and chief technology officer. He has been instrumental in the growth of CAMP into the industry’s leading information services platform supporting 20,000 aircraft, 32,000 engines and over 1,500 service centers and MROs.
Prior to CAMP, Gottemukkala was with the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center in New York, where he led research in large-scale data and e-commerce systems. Gottemukkala holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Georgia Tech.
BRIDGET DIORIO
Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer, CAMP Systems International, Inc.
Bridget Diorio serves as the senior vice president and chief people officer of CAMP Systems International.
Bridget is known for her ability to build cohesive global leadership teams, architect talent strategies that fuel business goals and lead with compassion and clarity in high-growth environments. Her core expertise spans the employee experience, compensation and benefits strategies, organizational development and talent management.
Prior to joining CAMP, Bridget worked in a variety of industries from Life Sciences to MedTech and Data storage. In each of these industries, her focus has been supporting digital transformation. She is a Certified Executive Coach and Certified Strengths Coach. Bridget graduated from Bellevue University.
KAREN BISGROVE
Vice President, Human Resources, MOTOR & Black Book
Karen Bisgrove leads human resource operations for Hearst Transportation, which includes Black Book, Canadian Black Book and MOTOR Information Systems. Her responsibilities include recruitment, compensation, employee development and performance management in the U.S. and Canada.
Bisgrove’s background spans over 20 years of business operations and HR roles in a variety of industries including retail, logistics and IT services.
She holds an M.B.A. from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York, and currently resides with her family in Flowery Branch, Georgia.
