Old OC concepts: Paint gal (G)

So digging through old ideas I had a semi interesting one i never used of a character made of a acrylic polymer paint or, simply, a latex paint goo.
The overall concept was a canine, leaning husky but i had other ideas, gal with a twinning bend and love of art. Often splattering others and unintentionally turning them into copies of her, though with some attributes of their former selves, she's a big art lover and likes painting/drawing to nobodies surprise.
He big weakness was soapy water, used to "clean" herself off others and washing away her art/graffiti from places.
I've recently thought of reviving this character though I'm not sure what artists to hit up for prototyping her design yet.
Working name was "Folly splash" in my notes.
Edit: Ask and yee shall receive... i may have found the perfect one for what I'm thinking...
