The Mutated Toe is a miscellaneous item in Fallout 2.
Acquisition[edit]
In order to acquire the mutated toe, the Chosen One must spend a certain amount of time in toxic waste without protection, causing the mutation to occur. The toe can then be amputated and acquired as an item in a medical center equipped with an Auto-Doc.
Notes[edit]
- Taking the Vault City citizenship test with a mutated toe still attached will fail the test.
- If consumed, the game states "You just ate your fucking toe!"
- The New Reno Prostitutes state "you really should have used the mutated toe on Horrigan."[1]
