The Pay Item Catalog (PIC) is a web-based application that provides a searchable listing of all New York State Department of Transportation Standard Specification and Special Specification Pay Items. This application provides the basic information for all pay items, including the pay item bid history for awarded contracts let by the State.
PIC Pay Item List:
The Pay Item List interface provides users with basic information for all pay items. This information includes:
- Pay Item # (searchable field)
- Pay Item Description (searchable field)
- Pay Units
- Specification Type (filters)
- Approval Status (filters)
- Specification Document (for Special Specifications)
- Issuing Document
PIC Pay Item Bid History Information:
The Pay Item Bid History interface provides contract data, including contract quantities and awarded prices, for all pay items utilized on previously awarded contracts let by the State. This bid history includes:
- Awarded Contract Number (D Number)
- Project Identification Number (PIN)
- Letting Date
- Project Description
- Contract Quantity
- Awarded Price
