While a fun version to have and pressed superbly, the sound of the matching songs on these pressings is inferior to the sound of the George Marino/Sterling Sound AAA cut of the US stereo version. The main advantage to this edition is hearing more... See full review

I kinda think some tracks are better than the normal/familiar mix. But, i kinda think some tracks dont think sound better. The culling of the cello on Dumb was really dumb for one thing. The instrument is vital for the melody and undertones of the... See full review

These $150 2x45rpm UHQR editions simply HAVE to blow me away or else i get remorseful. I have had remorse with a few, but mostly they are pretty darn mind blowing (when defect free). This one is close to hints of remorse for me. The main reason... See full review

Its a remix so its difficult to compare to other versions but i like this version alot, so much so i bought the accompanying CD. I like the percussion is bought forth and the bass is juicy too. Its a more modern take, less midrange focused than... See full review

I cant decide if i love this or slightly resent it. I love it because in isolation it sounds quite brilliant. I mean its the best version ive ever heard (early UK, 2015 E.U press and Abbey Half Speed). The resent comes from having flogged two of my... See full review

Jeez....Nice try at sarcasm..... but dumb. Clearly im not suggesting Record Industry invite competitors direcrly, more that im suggesting someone from GZ poses as a customer and gets a tour as part of the negotiation. Or jist breaks in lol.

The best sound is 4 sides of 45rpm not two sides of 33 assuming we are about 40mins or more for a recording. 30 mins, maybe not. There are some albums that MUST not be done as 4 sides of 45 as they are conceptual and thematic and may even have songs... See full review

Often the case wirh RTI pressings.... you esse tially have to clean and polish the grooves of RTI presses by cleaning and playing a few times. This tends to drop the noise floor which improves everything. Its been the case for me with QRP at times too.

This is a MUCH better pressing than the terrible 2024 reissue. While both of them use the same 2009/2010 mix as the source, this press doesnt have ruinous surface noise and plays FAR cleaner. This makes it sound better too. Ive stated it alot... See full review

Nice sum up and pretty on point. I would point out the OJC is alot louder cut and has a degree of compression but not unlistenably so and its also got a bass boost over the AP. The AP is wonderfully natural but cut so low the vinyl has to be perfect.
