My copy of this was pressed using a blank stamper on the b-side, so there is only music on the a-side. There is a b-side label and it indicates that there should be a song, but there is no sound in the grooves.

It's definitely a sample, not a coincidence, though I'd argue it's par for the course in dance music and reminds me of the recycling of songs in the folk tradition.
