Soon I will slowly start to sell some records from my personal collection.
First I will have to clean my oldest records, listen to them, maybe change or add a new inner sleeve and grade the records and sleeves.
I'm not a business seller; all records come from my personal collection.
That means I'm not using professional lighting to grade vinyl; I use sunlight mostly.
For listening I use my SL1210MK2s with Ortofon Cocoon stylus set-up through KRK7s. After cleaning, listening and grading I am NOT playing the records anymore.
I believe honesty goes a long way, so I will grade as how I see and hear things and will put that in the most detailed and accurate way in the remarks. And as how I would be happy to receive a record with such a description.
Of course I would like to write a full detailed report about every item, but I can't. This means I won't mention labels being pressed off center/a small chip in label, insignificant spots on records and/or sleeves, very minor creases etc. etc., however I'll do if possible.
Especially a lot of my older records WILL have ballpoint writing on the backside of the sleeve in the top left corner. It's what we did in those days.
What I WILL mention are the most important things like writing on labels/sleeves, surface noise/clicks/skips/deep scratches/foxing on sleeves/warps/seam splits, the important stuff.....things which might put YOU off when you would buy the record. Believe me.....I've had my fair share with some sellers. Anywho.....if you're a serious buyer, please reach out to me and I will be happy to tell you all you want to know.

Occasionally there might be a price in the remarks. Most of these are up for sale. Just ask me.
FOR NOW I WON'T SELL ANY OF MY HOUSE MUSIC UNTILL I HAVE A FULL OVERVIEW OF THE RECORDS I WANT TO KEEP FOR THE TIME BEING. (unless you make me an offer I can't refuse ghehehe)
